Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Sr Site Content Specialist to lead eCommerce content calendars, design site content to support demand, and deliver on brand campaigns and sell-through strategies.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and digital teams, review content for accuracy, analyze performance, and help shape content goals. This is a hybrid role with in-office four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in eCommerce or digital content management.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems (Amplience, AEM).
• Strong analytics using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with Hotjar, Quantum Metrics or similar behavioral analytics.
• Experience with SFCC, Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, project management and/or content marketing.
• Strong digital marketing and brand management understanding.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews site content calendars, ensuring details are complete and communicated to stakeholders.
• Develops content plans to support consumer shopping, product, brand, and digital needs.
• Writes briefs and signs off on content requests.
• Analyses content performance and shares insights.
• Collaborates with teams to enrich content strategy.
• Performs QA testing and signoffs for site content.
