Job summary

Range USA is seeking a Manager of Ecommerce to drive revenue, conversion, and traffic growth across the ecommerce platform. You will own the roadmap, oversee enhancements, and lead cross-functional projects from requirements through go-live.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to optimize campaigns, product assortment, and checkout experiences while leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting/Finance, or Supply Chain.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Marketing, Merchandising, or Ecommerce.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support KPIs to ensure revenue, conversion, and traffic targets.
• Lead cross-functional Ecommerce projects from scoping through go-live.
• Partner with Marketing to support digital campaigns and analytics.
• Manage relationships with Ecommerce vendors and agencies.
