Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to own our Shopify site and build the digital commerce function from the ground up. You will audit the current site, define what “great” looks like, and execute a roadmap focused on conversions, analytics, merchandising, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with ownership of site performance and revenue outcomes.
• Strong Shopify expertise including admin, catalog management, configurations, and app integrations.
• Proven ability to improve conversion through CRO, merchandising, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytics instincts: reporting, behavior interpretation, and prioritization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, copy, photo/content, CRM).
• Comfortable leading in lean, entrepreneurial environments and reporting to founders.
• Fashion/apparel DTC experience with brand site ownership or revenue responsibility.
• Based in Canada with overlapping hours across North American time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Shopify experience including backend ops and storefront performance.
• Audit the current site and create a 30/60/90-day execution plan.
• Improve CRO, conversion, and revenue per visitor.
• Elevate on-site merchandising to boost AOV and conversion.
• Build reliable analytics and performance reporting.
• Manage promotions and merchandising calendar aligned to revenue goals.
• Improve catalog and inventory hygiene.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, photographers, and partners.
• Hire/manage freelancers/agencies as needed; build scalable processes.
• Define and track KPIs for a profitable, scalable DTC channel.
