Job summary
Heart & Soil Supplements seeks a Director of Ecommerce in Dripping Springs, TX to own AOV, conversion, and revenue per session across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with Growth, Brand, and Operations to optimize the customer journey and protect margin.
You will translate commercial plans into storefront experiences, manage CRO backlog, and guide analytics to drive measurable improvements.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years in ecommerce, CRO, or digital experience with hands-on Shopify ownership.
- Proven ability to improve AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per session with economic tradeoffs.
- Experience merchandising on Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Subscription-commerce, analytics, and experimentation capability.
- Experience managing developers and agencies with clear requirements.
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Liquid and ecommerce-architecture basics.
Responsibilities
- Own Shopify AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per session targets.
- Prioritize ecommerce roadmap across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Manage CRO backlog, testing priorities, and release QA.
- Own storefront experiences and product discovery across channels.
- Improve subscription discovery, enrollment, and journeys.
