Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Digital Shelf Content Specialist to drive product content across retailer websites and e-commerce platforms from our Pittsburgh office.

The role focuses on optimizing PDP assets, keyword strategies, and timely item launches to maximize discoverability and conversion. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in ecommerce content, solid SEO basics, and hands-on experience with Salsify or Syndigo.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ecommerce content or digital shelf experience, both creation and syndication of assets.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital merchandising.
• Familiarity with digital shelf requirements and standards across key CPG networks.

Responsibilities

• Own PDP content creation and optimization, including titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, video and A+ modules.
• Oversee PDP content creation for new items, ensuring assets are scoped, created, uploaded and syndicated in time for retail launch dates.
• Conduct new item keyword research and search term optimization to maximize organic visibility.
• Upload and maintain all digital shelf content within Salsify and designated file sharing locations.
• Design and implement workflows or project management system to track content updates.
• Conduct ongoing gap audits and assessments to inform future briefs.
• Manage content syndication tool subscriptions and relationships across retailer platforms.
• Serve as SME for Digital Shelf Content Creation and Syndication.
• Establish KPIs such as completeness, rankings, conversions, and share of voice.
• Partner with Omni Activation Managers to align strategies across retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
• Collaborate on A+ Content development and templating to scale.
• Support mapping and bulk updates for syndication.
