Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Digital Shelf Content Specialist to create, optimize, and distribute product marketing content across retailer websites and e-commerce platforms.

You will drive discoverability and conversion by managing PDPs, assets, and A+ content, coordinating with business leads, agencies, and regulatory teams. Key responsibilities include keyword research, asset syndication, and developing scalable content workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of ecommerce content or digital shelf experience.
• Deep expertise in content syndication or PIM/DAM tools (Salsify, Syndigo).
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital merchandising.
• Familiarity with digital shelf standards across key CPG grocery, mass, club, pure play, and/or delivery networks.
• Demonstrates both creative and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own PDP content creation and optimization, including titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, video and A+ modules.
• Oversee PDP content creation for new items and ensure timely asset syndication for launch dates.
• Conduct keyword research and search term optimization to maximize organic visibility.
• Upload and maintain all digital shelf content within Salsify and designated file sharing locations.
• Design and implement workflows to track content updates.
• Conduct ongoing gap audits and share outages to address, competitor intel and content needs for briefs.
• Manage content syndication tool subscriptions and relationships to maximize retailer reach.
• Serve as SME for Digital Shelf Content Creation and Syndication and stay updated on best practices.
