Fruit of the Loom, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an E-commerce Content & Digital Shelf Specialist to optimize product content and drive conversion across key digital channels.

You will coordinate with National Account Managers, Marketing, Creative, Product Management, agencies, and syndication partners to deliver accurate product experiences. Responsibilities include improving PDP quality, launching items quickly, managing content through Syndigo, Salsify, Bynder, and retailer portals, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in e-commerce operations, digital shelf management, digital project management, digital merchandising, syndication management, or channel enablement for a multi-channel CPG manufacturer or retailer.
• Hands-on experience with PIM/DAM, content syndication, or ratings and review platforms such as Syndigo, Salsify, Bynder, or Bazaarvoice.
• Experience working with retailer or marketplace platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart SupplierOne/Item 360, or similar digital retail portals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PDP quality and content accuracy across priority retailers.
• Lead cross-functional readiness for launches and content updates.
• Ensure content is accurately syndicated through syndication tools and retailer portals.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance readouts highlighting risks and wins.
• Standardize workflows to improve efficiency across digital channels.
