Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional listening and interpersonal abilities with strong problem-resolution skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Moderate proficiency in computer operations, including typing and navigating operating systems.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as ecommerce can be unpredictable.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Process reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the customer support team for exchanges and schedule in-home service.
• Detect potentially fraudulent online purchases.
• Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively seek resolutions to customer issues with resourcefulness and creativity.
