You will handle inbound calls and emails from ecommerce customers across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, delivering world-class service and accuracy on orders and returns.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inbound customer service by phone and email for ecommerce consumers.
• Suggest process improvements as you spot opportunities.
• Work with the Customer Service Team, Warehouse personnel, and Buyers to deliver top-notch service from front end to back end — order listing accuracy, order placement, order tracking, and processing of returns.
• Other duties as needed.
