Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an experienced E-commerce Creative Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of creative assets across brands and markets. You will drive schedules, milestones, dependencies, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Based on the Boston HQ opening, the role will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday in Boston, MA with interim locations in Pawtucket, RI or temporary Boston site, collaborating with Creative, Commercial, Brand, Licensing, and Product teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, eCommerce operations, production, marketing operations.
Experience coordinating creative or digital asset-development workflows from intake through delivery.
Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, milestones, risk management, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple eCommerce creative projects and asset deliverables from intake through final delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and ownership across brands, markets, and creative workstreams.
Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines are understood.
Provide accurate and timely project reporting, highlighting progress, milestones, risks and actions.
