Job summary

Hasbro in Boston seeks an HR Manager to join our global People Team. The role will be onsite Tuesday to Thursday at Hasbro's Boston HQ, with interim location in Pawtucket, RI, and partners across regions to implement HR strategies.

You will mentor leaders, drive talent, rewards, engagement, and development programs, and ensure compliant, data-driven HR operations in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with global teams and diverse cultures.
• Strong data analytics and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence strategy and partner with leaders.
• Solid project management and HR program delivery.
• Familiarity with HRIS applications and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate the enterprise People Strategy into action plans with leaders.
• Mentor managers on HR policies and people-management practices.
• Coordinate talent management, rewards cycles, engagement, and learning.
• Collaborate with HR partners, COEs, and shared services globally.
• Serve as trusted advisor, handle complex HR questions and investigations.
• Champion employee experience and monitor workforce morale across locations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and mitigate risks.
• Drive governance of HR policies and operational practices.
• Support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.
