Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Remote Planner Merchandise eCommerce to develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com, driving performance in a national remote role.

You will analyze data, forecast demand, support promotional calendars, assist assortment and pricing, and partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to meet financial goals while ensuring strong cross-channel execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related area.
• Non-degreed candidates considered if extensive background in retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com.
• Develop and maintain demand, sales, and margin forecasts across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual horizons.
• Track performance vs. plan, identify variances, and support reporting.
• Analyze historical data, trends, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support execution and optimization of the ecommerce promotional calendar.
• Assist assortment strategy execution across owned and drop ship businesses.
• Monitor SKU productivity, availability, and lifecycle performance, and provide item-level forecasts for drop ship assortment inclusive of key items.
• Support pricing execution including promotional and regular price changes.
• Conduct audits to ensure pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Monitor fulfillment performance (BOPIS, SFS).
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.
