Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited seeks a Content Specialist to create, maintain, and optimize content for Kay Jewelers, Zales, and other brands. You will partner with Marketing, UX, and Social teams to deliver cohesive messaging across channels and ensure content supports organic search growth.

You will contribute to weekly SEO enhancements and coordinate with third-party agencies to meet brand standards while supporting omni-channel content strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
• 1-2+ years in content marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience with CMS and SEO initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Hybris Smart Edit CMS or similar tools.
• Experience with BazaarVoice, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Analytics is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, create, build, and launch content on Kay & Kay Outlet websites that encourages browsing, searching, discovery, and conversion.
• Manage, update, and create organic content to drive organic search rankings within Google.
• Govern 3rd party marketing tools to listen, learn, enhance, and improve experience for customers.
• Collaborate with eMerchandising to create product categories and launch brands/collections.
• Perform regular audits of Kay and Kay Outlet websites and participate in testing.
• Work with creative services to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and market competitiveness.
• Evaluate impact of website content and product assortments to improve customer experience.
