Job summary

Basic Resources, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Warners, Olga and True brand channels from our New York office. You will own day-to-day Amazon catalog maintenance, content updates, and variation management while collaborating with planning and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain Amazon catalog through routine audits and new item setup for seasonal updates across Warners, Olga and True.
Update product detail pages with images, copy, keywords and attributes, tracking submissions to live pages.
Monitor buy box loss, content reversions and broken variations; resolve or escalate with documentation.
Maintain and run recurring performance reports to recap top sellers and inform margins.
Support Off-Price/Mainline sales through deck development, seasonal buys, and order tracking.
Collaborate with planning, marketing and advertising teams to support campaigns.
