That includes new item setup, product content and variation maintenance, issue resolution with Amazon, and the recurring reporting that informs merchandising and margin decisions. On the Off-Price side and Mainline side, this role supports the Account Executive and buyers through the seasonal buy cycle, including meeting preparation, assortment support, order tracking and margin analysis.

This is a hands-on, high-volume role. Success depends on precision, organization and follow through. Amazon experience is not required and will be taught. The role has clear potential to grow into owning account responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor automated alerts for buy box loss, content reversions and broken variations, and either resolve them or elevate with supporting documentation
  • File and track Amazon cases, following up until closure rather than until submission
  • Maintain and run recurring performance reports to recap top sellers, support item level margin reporting, and inform management

  • Support promotional setup and monitor deal performance and competitor promotions during key sales events
  • Collaborate with the planning team to manage ecommerce product availability
  • Partner with marketing and advertising teams to support promotional campaigns
  • Maintain team process documentation, keeping step by step guides current as Amazon changes
Off-Price/Mainline Sales Support (approximately 20-40 percent)
  • Support retailer meetings through deck development, product assortment preparation, note taking and post-meeting recaps
  • Support buyers through the seasonal buying process, including assortment selection, coordinating samples for approval, and ongoing support through the buy cycle
  • Conduct margin and liability analyses and support budget tracking
  • Track selling trends and share buyer feedback with the design team to inform product development
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment updates and delivery timelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of related experience preferred

  • Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with internal and external partners, and adapt to changing priorities across two channels
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic to learn the business; positive attitude
Preferred, not required
  • Ecommerce, marketplace or retail operations experience. Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience is a strong plus but is not required, and we will teach the vendor side.
