• Data-driven, using analytics to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management of assigned ecommerce accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and distribution.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, pricing, inventory, promotions, and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing/content to optimize listings and content for conversion.
• Coordinate calendars, pricing, launches, and seasonal programs.
• Monitor marketplace dynamics and customer reviews to improve visibility and ranking.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve order, fulfillment, inventory, and service issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Support pricing and trade-spend discussions with data-driven insights.
• Maintain knowledge of ecommerce platforms and account-specific standards.
