Job summary

Suvoda is seeking an eCOA/IRT support specialist in Conshohocken, PA to serve as the primary escalation point for complex eCOA issues and work with project teams to resolve them. You will maintain eCOA systems, oversee support processes, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure successful data collection.

You will also contribute to training materials, FAQ updates, and process improvements while collaborating with the delivery team to mitigate risks and enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

• Primary escalation point for complex eCOA support issues requiring input from project team or product development.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams delivering eCOA for clinical assessment data collection.
• Oversee maintenance of eCOA systems, manage support processes, identify risks, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Provide direct oversight of other delivery team members as needed in eCOA maintenance duties.
• Lead system change controls for studies during maintenance, coordinating with Product Development for updates.
• Assist with updates to study FAQ documents and maintenance of FAQ templates for eCOA features.
• Prepare and update system training materials including manuals, walk-through videos, and presentations.
• Identify trends in support data and coordinate with Project Manager and eCOA Practice to implement solutions.
