Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced eCOA Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposals for the Veeva eCOA application. You will analyze protocols, define scope, craft accurate proposals, and support Account Partners through contracting.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, translating clinical and technical requirements into winning proposals, and driving growth in life sciences tech. Remote/work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably within clinical trial operations or clinical systems (eCOA/ePRO experience preferred).
• Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components and define precise project scopes in proposals for customers.
• Lead the development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal details, addressing technical and operational questions to set clear expectations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks, driving efficiency and quality across the Study by Study team efforts.
• Proactively manage a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other tasks in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment
