Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC is seeking an Environmental Construction Manager to oversee eco‑friendly infrastructure and remediation projects from bid to closeout. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards while managing remote field sites during extensive seasonal travel.

You will direct on‑site construction operations, implement CEMPs, and coordinate with agencies and engineers to mitigate risks, reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/project management, engineering, environmental sciences, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of combined experience in construction supervision and environmental remediation.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification; PMP or USACE CQM‑C highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to undertake extensive seasonal travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor on‑site construction operations, ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines and project metrics (cost, scope, schedule).
• Implement Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) overseeing erosion control, waste remediation, and habitat restoration.
• Liaise with environmental agencies, ecologists, civil engineers, and subcontractors to mitigate issues/risks.
• Track milestones, manage resources, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Promote safety culture and participate in safety and environmental audits, ensuring field staff adhere to OSHA and site protocols.
