Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC seeks an Environmental Construction Manager to oversee eco-friendly infrastructure and remediation projects from bid to closeout. This role ensures all construction activities comply with EPA guidelines and sustainability standards.

Extensive seasonal travel is required to manage remote field sites, coordinate with agencies, ecologists, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in construction/project management, engineering, environmental sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in construction supervision and environmental remediation.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification; PMP or USACE CQM-C highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and monitor on-site construction operations, ensuring EPA guidelines and project metrics (cost, scope, schedule).
  • Implement CEMPs, oversee erosion control, waste remediation, and habitat restoration.
  • Coordinate with environmental agencies, ecologists, civil engineers, and subcontractors to mitigate issues.
  • Track milestones, manage resources, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
  • Promote safety culture and participate in safety and environmental audits; enforce OSHA and site protocols.
