Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/project management, engineering, environmental sciences, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of combined experience in construction supervision and environmental remediation.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• PMP or USACE CQM-C highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to undertake extensive seasonal travel to remote construction and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Direct and monitor on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines, local regulations, and sustaining project metrics (cost, scope, schedule).
• Compliance Management: Implement Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), overseeing erosion control, waste remediation, and habitat restoration.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with environmental agencies, ecologists, civil engineers, and project subcontractors to mitigate issues and risks.
• Budget & Schedule: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Safety Leadership: Promote corporate safety culture and participate in safety and environmental audits, ensuring all field staff adhere to OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.
