Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Field Services to oversee environmental remediation projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate equipment, labor, regulatory requirements and technical tasks while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires 25-30% overnight travel and may involve supervising emergencies and field crews. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CHMM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services (remediation, emergency response, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of safety policies and environmental compliance.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, labor, regulatory and technical aspects for projects.
• Manage projects from start to finish with focus on safety and client satisfaction.
• Visit customer sites and support other project managers and junior staff.
• Develop written proposals, assess costs and set prices for work.
• Lead initiation, resource planning and regulatory paperwork for projects.
• Monitor progress, negotiate changes, and maintain client relationships.
