Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Experience managing environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, compliance, or O&M projects.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and regulatory programs.
• Ability to prepare, review, and evaluate technical reports/work plans.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple projects with schedules, budgets, costs, and invoicing.
• Ability to forecast project costs and monitor financial performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental investigation, assessment, remediation, compliance, and O&M projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, field personnel, and subcontractors; coordinate field activities.
• Manage subcontracts and subcontractor performance, including issue resolution.
• Review technical reports, work plans, field documentation, and coordinate remedial activities.
• Communicate with clients and regulators; provide project status and required actions.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, budgets, costs, staffing, invoicing, and cost forecasts.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
• Identify project risks and support QA/QC while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
