Job summary

The New York State Attorney General's Office seeks an Enterprise Content Management Business Analyst to work with an implementation team to capture requirements, design workflows, and drive adoption across multiple bureaus. You will translate business needs into user stories and coordinate testing and migration for Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online implementations.

Qualifications

Seven years of business analysis experience across the full SDLC, including elicitation, process/design documentation, testing and UAT, and stakeholder management.
Experience delivering ECM/records management solutions on Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online GCC, including information architecture, metadata, retention and eDiscovery.
Government or regulated environment experience (state/federal, courts or law enforcement) is preferred.
Hands-on with content migration planning, change management, and enterprise-wide user adoption.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps), and search optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into user stories for the ECM project.
Design workflows and coordinate testing, migration, and cutover activities across bureaus.
Support Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online implementations and adoption across the organization.
