Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an IT Applications Professional II to design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online and ECM solutions across the enterprise.

You will gather business requirements, configure sites and libraries, manage permissions, and ensure governance and records management align with corporate standards. As part of the team, you will work with Microsoft 365 administrators, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ECM deployments and ongoing support for end users and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with SharePoint Online administration, configuration, site design, list/library management, permissions, metadata, Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with SharePoint-based and ECM solutions, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online and ECM solutions including sites, repositories, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and training materials.
Design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of reliable SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and ECM solutions supporting business processes.
Coordinate and communicate SharePoint/ECM configuration, support, migration, and enhancements with team members, admins, vendors, stakeholders, and management.
