Job summary

The Office of the New York State Attorney General seeks a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead the Enterprise Content Management program, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver ECM initiatives on time and within budget.

You will establish governance, manage vendor performance, engage stakeholders, oversee project budgets, and ensure quality standards across ECM initiatives, reporting to the Deputy Chief Information Officer.

Qualifications

• Nine years of experience in large project/program management, business and IT strategy, budget, procurement, and technical delivery.
• At least two years of managerial-level experience.
• Experience managing enterprise projects delivering ECM/records management solutions on Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online.
• Experience in state or federal government.
• Vendor management experience.
• Current PMP Certification preferred.
