Job summary

Global Communications Services is seeking a Senior Applications Systems Analyst/Program to lead SharePoint architecture and collaborative enterprise sites. You will design workflows, assist content managers, and ensure portals meet security and usability standards.

You will work with the CLIENT CIO and IT Services team to validate requirements, implement phased portal work, and provide end-user training. Remote training and monthly reporting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in web development and web design.
• Knowledge in information architecture.
• Programming skills related to web development and design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Active favorable NACI required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint architecture and workflows.
• Assist content managers with SharePoint sites and training.
• Provide ad hoc training on Office products and SharePoint features.
• Collaborate with CLIENT CIO and IT Services to validate work plans and security requirements.
• Record incidents and report Monthly Status in Service Desk system.
