Tecomet is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce precision components, reading engineering drawings and following work instructions.

You will set up and operate CNC machines, change tooling, perform offset adjustments, and monitor quality using OOQ standards while maintaining GMP/GDP documentation.

This role emphasizes 5S housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement as part of Tecomet's customer-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Math and English literacy desirable.

Aufgaben

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances.
• Perform progressive machining of various parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Perform hand finishing and follow GMP/GDP documentation practices.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
• Identify and escalate manufacturing issues with supervisor for resolution.
