Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking an ECF CHOICES Supervisor to lead a team of Support Coordinators, drive frontline execution, and ensure high-quality service coordination for members in the ECF CHOICES program. You will coach staff, monitor daily workflows, and promote person-centered practices that support positive member outcomes.

Occasional travel may be required. The role emphasizes compliance with TennCare and BlueCare requirements, onboarding and workforce development,

Qualifications

• RN license (Tennessee) or equivalent licensure as required by TENNCARE
• MSW with active unrestricted license or related field licensure
• BS degree in social work, nursing, education or related field as approved by TENNCARE

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and adherence to utilization benchmarks.
• Coordinate staff training and development for maximum performance.
• Supervise and evaluate a diverse group of support coordination professionals and develop person-centered plans with employment and community living outcomes.
• Ensure plan implementation and progress monitoring as written.
• May carry a case load during census fluctuations or staffing gaps.
• Mentor team members to follow ECF CHOICES guidelines and policies.
• Occasional day travel may be required.
