Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US and Canada. The role leads a sales team, recruits and coaches, and drives growth across end users and distribution partners. Travel is approximately 50% with a preference for in-region location.

You will report to PF&C’s VP of Sales, manage a regional team, and work with BD and Marketing to hit AOP targets while expanding in strategic markets and optimizing margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with MS Office, CRM, phone and tablet applications.
• Formal sales training or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of distribution, converter and direct sales channels.
• Knowledge of protective films packaging materials and applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and motivate top sales talent to ensure service and performance.
• Develop team members through coaching, training and motivation with regular meetings.
• Perform regular joint sales calls and manage strategic accounts to build relationships.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies with VP of Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Identify high-impact projects to generate new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate and sell value propositions for new products.
