Qualifications

• Bachelors/AA in a relevant field preferred; 5+ years of field services or logistics experience; lab/environmental industry preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience with scheduling, routing, logistics planning, or fleet management.
• Working knowledge of laboratory quality systems and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, teamwork, and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with field data collection tools, GPS/GIS, field sampling processes, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs across ALS locations.
• Standardize scheduling, routing, and SOPs to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Drive region-wide KPIs for productivity, turnaround times, and route utilization.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Directors, Client Services, and Sales to align field ops with business needs.
• Oversee safety training, regulatory compliance, and quality improvements across the region.
• Manage fleet resources, equipment, and field sampling tools, aiming to reduce waste.
