Job summary

ALS Environmental seeks a Regional Field Services Manager to lead field operations across the Eastern region, aligning courier, field tech, and well tech teams with a unified service model. You will standardize scheduling, routing, and safety processes, drive on-time pickups, and partner with laboratory leadership to optimize waste reduction and client satisfaction.

AA or BA in Business, Logistics, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years of field services, logistics, or operations experience.
2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
Experience scheduling and coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities

Lead region-wide logistics and field services strategy for efficiency and quality.
Standardize scheduling and routing across field service teams.
Collaborate with regional peers to connect site teams into a unified service network.
Drive on-time sample pickups and overall client satisfaction.
Develop capabilities of Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs.
Oversee fleet resources and equipment lifecycle.
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across the region.
