Job summary

ALS Environmental in Rochester, NY is seeking a Regional Field Services Manager to lead field crews and drive a unified logistics network across the Eastern region. This role focuses on expanding efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction through coordinated field operations.

You will standardize scheduling, optimize routes, and ensure quality while partnering with Laboratory Directors, Client Services, and Sales to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field services, logistics, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience scheduling, routing, logistics planning, or fleet management.
• Working knowledge of laboratory quality systems and environmental regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs across multiple ALS locations.
• Standardize scheduling, routing, and SOPs across the region.
• Drive KPI tracking for productivity and on-time sample pickups.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Directors, Regional Field Service Managers, Client Services, and Sales.
