Job summary

ALS Environmental seeks a Regional Field Services Manager to drive region-wide logistics and field services strategy across Eastern locations. Lead site teams, optimize scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while aligning operations with laboratory leadership and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Logistics, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of field services, logistics, or operations experience; laboratory or environmental industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience scheduling across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs across ALS locations.
• Build and maintain a collaborative field service culture across sites.
• Support staffing decisions, workforce planning, and cross-site coverage strategies.
