ALS Group USA, Corp is seeking a Regional Field Services Manager to lead region-wide logistics and field services across Eastern ALS locations. Qualifications

• : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Environmental Science, or related field.
• : 5+ years of field services, logistics, or operations experience; laboratory or environmental industry experience strongly preferred.
• : 2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
• : Experience scheduling, routing, logistics planning, or fleet management processes.
• : Working knowledge of laboratory quality systems and environmental regulatory requirements.
• : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, teamwork, and communicate with stake holders.
• : Proficiency with field data collection tools, GPS/GIS systems, field sampling processes and Microsoft Office Suite.
• : Working knowledge of scheduling and dispatch through Onfleet.
• : Ability to travel regionally (up to 20–40%) to support and oversee field operations.
• : Physical Demands: lift up to 50 pounds with PPE in field and lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct supervision and performance management for Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs across ALS locations.
• Standardize scheduling and routing; ensure region-wide SOPs for sample pickups, equipment use, and safety.
• Maintain unified operating model connecting site teams into a regional service network.
• Drive on-time sample pickup and overall client satisfaction.
• Develop capabilities and performance of site-level field staff.
• Oversee fleet and field equipment lifecycle; optimize resources.
• Support regional projects and cross-site operational integration.
