Job summary

AltimateMedical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern region. This remote, field-based role covers multiple states and reports to the Director, CRT Sales & Customer Experience. You will lead a network of independent sales representatives to drive revenue, market share, and customer outcomes.

You’ll use CRM, analytics, and data to spot trends, plan territory activity, and coach reps. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations is essential to shape

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years industry experience.
Track record of achieving sales or competitive goals.
Strong leadership, influence, negotiation and coaching.
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
Strong planning, organization and follow-through.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own and drive regional sales performance to meet revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with independent sales reps.
Set clear goals, metrics, and accountability standards.
Monitor performance and follow up regularly.
Train reps on product knowledge and sales strategy.
Develop data-driven action plans to improve outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on growth.
