• Leads and coaches branch leaders to achieve objectives and ensure consistency.
• Supports business development and builds key relationships with communities.
• Analyzes data and presents results to credit union leadership.
• Drives growth by integrating consultative sales into coaching and training.
• Oversees branch operations, audits, losses, and errors to improve performance.
