Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a proven operations leader to oversee asphalt plant operations across East Texas. You will drive safety, efficiency, and profitability while partnering with construction, paving, and sales teams to meet customer needs.

You will mentor plant managers and supervisors, improve plant performance, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role serving the Texas market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in asphalt, aggregates, or related industries.
• Experience leading production operations and field teams.
• Strong budgeting, capital projects, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of multiple asphalt plants in East Texas.
• Develop, mentor, and coach plant managers and supervisors.
• Improve reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and production planning.
• Ensure environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, construction, and project teams.
