Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, seeks a dedicated plant laborer to support daily operations at our Texas site. You will assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and safe plant operations while coordinating with the foreman and team to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and comfortable working in varying weather conditions. This role may include night/weekend shifts and requires strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety and operate tools according to procedures.
• Report problems to Foreman or Supervisor.
• Perform daily housekeeping and keep the plant clean.
• Assist with general labor duties and use of small power tools as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
