Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an East Retail Regional Director to lead the regional boutique network, drive business results, and uphold exceptional client experiences. This role develops boutique leaders and teams while building an accountable, collaborative culture.

The position requires 10+ years in multi-store retail management with proven P&L oversight, strong communication, and strategic planning abilities, plus travel up to 80% and comfort with luxury goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of multi-store retail management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a P&L.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively, approximately 80%, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP is preferred.
