Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is assisting a client in a senior territory sales role across the Eastern United States. You will build lasting relationships with window and door manufacturers, manage and grow key accounts, and pursue new business through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and strategic account management in the window/door/manufacturing space.
• Executive-level communication and strong commercial judgment with owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote territory and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with window and door manufacturers and strategic accounts in the assigned region.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships; identify opportunities for additional products and programs.
• Identify, pursue and close new manufacturing and extrusion business through consultative selling.
• Understand customer priorities and collaborate with engineering and operations on solutions.
• Represent the business in executive meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
• Track opportunities, activity, forecasts and travel within the territory.
