Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Regional IT Director to lead IT across the East Region, including Stratton Mountain Resort or Sugarbush Resort in Vermont. You will oversee IT Operations, Infrastructure, System Administration, and Business Applications, guiding a distributed on-site team and managing budgets.

The role requires 8+ years in IT and 5+ years of leadership, with a focus on strategic alignment with resort goals, security compliance, and cross-site excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years leading IT teams, ideally multi-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; MBA a plus.

• Set technology vision and multi-year roadmap for the region.
• Advise resort Presidents/COOs on business IT opportunities.
• Represent region in OneIT strategy and enterprise standards.
• Lead regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across resorts.
• Own regional operations and capital budgets; manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, system administration, and business applications.
