Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration, server infrastructure, or network administration.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License required.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and storage/networking basics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, backup, cloud, and SaaS/IaaS.
• Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, departments, and vendors; document procedures and standards.
• Support on-call rotations and 24/7 resort operations; ensure security and regulatory compliance.
