Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company seeks a Regional IT Director to lead IT teams across multiple resorts in the East region, including Stratton or Sugarbush in Vermont. The role shapes the technology roadmap and ensures stable operations for guest-facing systems and infrastructure.

You will partner with resort Presidents/COOs, manage regional budgets, and drive enterprise standards within OneIT. Travel to Denver HQ and resorts is required, with a focus on cost-to-serve and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience across multi-site operations.
• 5+ years leading IT teams, preferably across multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.

• Set technology vision and multi-year regional roadmap.
• Lead operational performance and incident management.
• Oversee IT Operations, Infrastructure, System Administration and Business Applications.
