Job summary

Alterra Mountain Co. is seeking an IT Support Specialist for Stratton Mountain Resort to deliver tier 2/3 helpdesk services, troubleshoot issues, and support resort infrastructure. The role emphasizes strong customer service and documentation.

You will work with the IT team on projects, respond to tickets, and ensure reliable operations to support guest and staff experiences at the mountain.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Information Systems desired or 1+ year experience in a similar resort campus.
• Experience with installation, maintenance of electronic equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2/3 IT support for resort infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
• Respond to help-desk tickets and prioritize requests.
• Document issues and resolutions in FreshService ITSM.
• Assist with server and network administration as directed.
• Train users and develop knowledge base articles.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
