Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in energy auditing or consulting.
• Able to travel for fieldwork and attend evening board meetings.
• Physically able to climb ladders and walk buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise property managers and staff on energy consumption and cost reduction.
• Analyze building utility prices and consumption data.
• Prepare energy reports with savings estimates and strategies.

Skills

Energy-related certifications (CEM, EBCP, CBCP, LEED O&M)

Building science expertise

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with mechanical systems in multifamily buildings

Education

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field

Tools

Energy management software (e.g., EnergyCap)
