Metropolis is hiring a Manager, Launch Operations (East Region) to oversee hundreds of regional site launches from contracting to post-launch. You will coordinate with Local Operations, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Tech to ensure timely deployment and alignment at executive level.

You will travel regionally for go-live days, manage budgets and signage, and lead launch reporting with real-time metrics. Data-driven and fast-paced problem solver encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years total work experience with 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting or PM.
• Track record managing multi-site projects from contracting to post-launch.
• Proficiency with PM/CRM tools such as Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, Tableau.

Aufgaben

• Oversee hundreds of new site launches across the East Region from contracting through post-launch execution.
• Provide occasional in-person support on go-live days with regional travel.
• Manage budgeting and signage requests to minimize expedited shipping costs.
• Own regional launch reporting with real-time project status to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Local Ops to keep deliverables on track.
• Partner with property managers and real estate partners for tenant onboarding.
• Educate field teams on new platforms, tools, and updated SOPs.
• Build automated tools with Product/Tech to reduce manual work.
• Use AI, Salesforce, and Trello to optimize data flows and workflows.
