Job summary

Landing is seeking a Launch Operations Manager for its Field Operations team on the East Coast. You will coordinate launches from signed deal to handoff, moving and installing furniture, lining up crews, and ensuring units meet standards.

You’ll manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and lead on-site teams to hit tight two-week timelines across 5–50 units per project, with up to 75% travel. This hands-on role offers growth from internal promotions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in property management, logistics, construction, moving, or hospitality turnover.
• Proven track record running several projects with tight deadlines and multiple vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing budgets.
• Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work and learn furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, cleaning, moving.
• Calm on-site problem-solving and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Leadership presence to motivate crews and enforce high standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across East Coast markets.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple launches simultaneously, sequencing 3-5 projects of 5-50 units over ~2 weeks.
• Build and manage vendor bench; source, negotiate, and contract movers and trades.
• Own budget, track costs, and flag overruns early.
• Lead on-site activities, direct contractors, perform walk-throughs, and close punch lists.
• Train crews to Landing’s standards across markets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace; provide status updates.
• Ensure final unit meets brand standards before handoff.
