Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Manager, Launch Operations (East Region) to oversee hundreds of regional site launches and ensure operational readiness from contracting through post-launch monitoring.

You will collaborate with Local Operations, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Tech teams to maintain real-time visibility, hit launch timelines, and drive subscriber conversion across the region. This role demands a data-driven, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau.
• Experience pulling data and owning operational metrics reported to executive leadership.
• Experience deploying automated email campaigns to drive user or subscriber conversion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal teams, external partners, and property managers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site go-lives.
• Anticipated Base Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hundreds of regional site launches from contracting to post-launch execution.
• Provide occasional in-person go-live support with regional travel.
• Manage budgeting and signage requests to avoid expedited shipping costs.
• Own regional launch reporting for leadership with real-time project status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Local Operations to keep deliverables on track.
• Partner with real estate partners and internal teams to onboard tenants and enterprises.
