Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience abroad or with operations outside the United States.
• 1+ year of analytical skills (e.g. Excel modeling).

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans for market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track KPIs such as market activation timeliness and operational health.
• Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals.
• Identify initiatives to improve business outlook with leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements for cross-team handoffs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
